A queue backlog at our delivery provider slowed transactional email (invoices, password resets) by up to 8 minutes. No messages were lost; everything in the queue delivered once capacity recovered.
Resolved. Failover to the secondary delivery region cleared the backlog. We've since raised the auto-scale threshold so the queue drains earlier.

Webhook retries delayed Minor
Outbound webhook delivery for a subset of accounts was delayed during a scheduled database failover. Inbound API and the app were unaffected. Delayed events were re-sent in order.
Resolved. Failover completed and the retry worker caught up within minutes. Connection draining is now graceful, so future failovers won't pause delivery.

Planned maintenance — database upgrade Completed
Scheduled low-traffic-window maintenance to upgrade our primary database cluster. The app ran in read-only mode for roughly 12 minutes during the cutover; we announced it 7 days ahead.
Completed on schedule. The upgrade improved report query times by ~30% across the board.
